Terraco Atlantico is a recently completed building that is right in front of Praia de Iracema beach.This condominium complex was a much needed facility in the area. It offers the elegance of a hotel with the flexibility and space of a condominium. All units are 2 bedroom 2 bath with 4 levels of parking for the building. It has a large pool, small gym, clubhouse area and kitchen, large entertainment area to house large parties. This is an ideal place for the person who wants a nice space and has a little more to spend but doesn't want to stay in a luxury hotel for 2-3 times the price.
