Fortaleza Apartment Rentals goal is to provide you with quality apartments that fit your individual budget and lifestyle. There is no reason that an apartment has to make absolutely no sense at any budget. It all just depends how many frills that you want with your rental. The more frills,the nicer the stuff, the better the location, the more you pay. What we will do is work within your budget and make sure that we provide you with a great place that makes sense for you and for us to rent to you. We do not accept apartments that do not make sense to us and either should you. Expect a great place for your budget. If you want luxury then luxury you will have. If you want to keep it simple than we will work to give you clean,basic,and organized. After 10 years of staying in stupid apartments throughout Brazil.I wanted to have a clear objective in bringing some much needed common sense to renting apartments in Brazil. In 2012 we will be taking on new apartments and are in the process of finishing another website. All of the specific apartments below are rented out through Carnival but we have others that we are adding to our website that is under construction. Terraco Atlantico is a recently completed building that is right in front of Praia de Iracema beach.This condominium complex was a much needed facility in the area. It offers the elegance of a hotel with the flexibility and space of a condominium. All units are 2 bedroom 2 bath with 4 levels of parking for the building. It has a large pool, small gym, clubhouse area and kitchen, large entertainment area to house large parties. This is an ideal place for the person who wants a nice space and has a little more to spend but doesn't want to stay in a luxury hotel for 2-3 times the price.
